Here are directions on how to scan to PC from the Kyocera KM4035 that are connected via network, which includes Indian Hills.

place your original face up top of page in first

press Scanner Button

In touch screen window press scan to PC

In touch screen window select your PC. If you don't know your PC Name see administrator.

In touch screen window press Save at User PC. Your info should appear.

Press Green flashing start button

In touch screen window press Scanning Finished

The document is pulled through the copier and copied to your Scans folder in your Documents. 

If you are scanning a lease file you must copy the file you just scanned from your Scans folder to the Leases folder on the server. Click here for instructions how to copy a file from your PC to the appropriate lease folder on the server.
